DJ is different from any other broker in South Florida. He is also an electrical engineer who worked at a national laboratory for 12 years. Along the way he bought several investment properties, became a construction project manager, real estate broker and property manager. Many projects were single-family “flips”, others were multi-family apartment buildings that we still own and manage. DJ has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2010. He currently maintains memberships with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®.

Aimee graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Medical Technology. Aimee is an original managing member of Select Investments LLC founded in 2006. Aimee has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2008. Aimee holds her brokers license at Select Realty Services LLC. She currently maintains memberships with National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), and the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. With years of active real estate experience, Aimee has become an expert at finding projects and completing the sales process.

Bryce has been involved in Real Estate through banking or insurance since 2007.  He has been hired by builders, banks, homeowners, attorneys, and more as a cost of damages expert and is also currently licensed to estimate property damages for insurance claims. He is an expert for multiple law firms in costs of repair, which has been a benefit to those looking to purchase distressed properties. Bryce graduated from Rutgers University in 2000 with a double major in Economics and Psychology and continued his education with a MBA at the NOVA southeastern Huizenga School of Business.  He is currently a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR), the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, and the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA). He has received multiple awards from Business Network International (BNI) as a top business professional.
